As a vertically integrated winery, we offer a complete grape-to-bottle solution — including access to over 140 acres of Texas vineyards, consulting from our in-house winemakers, and some of the highest quality winemaking equipment in the region.

We’ve invested in tools that are rare even among larger operations:

  • A Pellenc Vision 3 Optical Sorter for pristine fruit selection.
  • A Pellenc 50 hL Press designed for gentle, even extraction.
  • A full bottling line with sterile filtration and inert gas options.
  • And a nitrogen generator to maintain wine stability throughout processing.
