To celebrate our tasting room’s 2nd anniversary, we’re hosting an intimate, seated winemaker’s dinner with a celebrity Indian chef at our winery! Chef Roshni specializes in making Sindhi food, which is a variation of Indian cuisine that uses many traditional Indian flavors, but the foods have mellow heat from spices. Alongside Chef Rosh’s food, we will serve some of our favorite wines from our cellar.

We will be able to accommodate many dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free); please make us aware of any requests upon booking.

Chef Roshni is the winner of Food Network’s “Chopped,”and participated in Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Cut Throat Kitchen.” She even went in the ring with Gordon Ramsey when she was on Hell’s Kitchen! Her notoriety for Sindhi cuisine has taken her to great heights, including being invited to cook at the James Beard House.

Her specialty is in Sindhi cuisine. Sindhi cuisine started in Iran and made its way across Pakistan and into India. It uses the Indian spice palate but makes it much more approachable (much less heat) and more importantly, delicious! We’ve included some pictures of dishes she’s made before!
