Wine Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to (orders@kalasicellars.com) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
A restocking and/or handling fee may apply.
Wine Club Cancellations
We hate to see you go, but if you must, all wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. Wine club takes a lot of planning and coordination (e.g., events, add ins, inventory planning), so our team and fulfillment center need ample heads up to process a cancellation.
If you wish to cancel before your first 4 shipments, you will be charged for the benefits received (e.g., any discounted / complimentary tastings, wine, food, merchandise, event tickets).
Given the limited quantities of wine set aside for our members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
Please e-mail club@kalasicellars.com to confirm your wine club cancellation and settle early cancellation benefit reimbursement, if applicable.
